Like so many of you, Meteorite and the Health Action Alliance have team members across the U.S., including some in the path of the devastating wildfires still tearing through Los Angeles. The fires are intensifying, emergency services are stretched thin, and thousands of homes and businesses have been impacted.

In the weeks and months ahead, as we recover from this disaster and prepare for a future with more frequent and intense wildfires in our changing climate, business leaders have an opportunity — and a responsibility — to prioritize employee health and safety.
